FYP Roadmap

The 2025-26 booklet is structured around academic stages, deliverables, and progress reviews rather than fixed public deadlines. Use this roadmap as the official sequence for proposal, FYP-I, FYP-II, evaluation, and final submission.

1. 1

   Proposal Submission

   Submit the prescribed proposal with problem statement, objectives, scope, SDG alignment, methodology, tools, team roles, and references.

   FYP-I: Analysis and Planning

   Complete literature review or existing-system analysis, requirement analysis, tools finalization, and system design artifacts.

   FYP-I: Prototype Review

   Present the approved proposal, technical specification, prototype or proof of concept, work plan, and supervisor meeting record.

   FYP-II: Implementation

   Build the full system or model, integrate modules, perform testing, refine quality, and prepare deployment material.

5. 5

   Evaluation and Documentation

   Prepare the final report, user manual, installation guide, result analysis, and complete all evaluation evidence.

6. 6

   Presentation and Final Defense

   Deliver slides, poster, demonstration, viva voce, and the final submission set notified by the department.
